Remote Support

This allows us to connect to your computer via the internet and control it as if we were sitting in front of it.

This can be particularly handy when you are trying to set up something but don't even know where to start. Instead of wasting hours and hours fiddling, just give us a call, explain the issues and often while we are on the phone, we can connect to your machine and examine the issue.

We use TeamViewer 15 and below versions to achieve this.  We can also use Remote Desktop services if your site has already been configured.

Once installed the next time you require assistance the process will be very fast as we can use already pre-saved details to access your computer.
